Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass von mir Fotos angefertigt werden. Bertelsmann ist berechtigt, diese Fotoaufnahmen selbst oder durch Dritte zu bearbeiten/umzugestalten sowie in veränderter und unveränderter Form, einzeln oder zusammen mit anderen Aufnahmen zu speichern, komplett oder in Ausschnitten in jeder Foto- und Printform (insbesondere in Publikationen und Newslettern), auf Datenträgern wie bspw. DVD und CD, in allen Medien – z.B. audiovisuelle Medien - (insbesondere, jedoch nicht beschränkt auf Film, Theater, Fernsehen in sämtlichen technischen Übertragungsverfahren, Video unabhängig von der technischen Ausgestaltung des Bild-/Ton-/Daten-Trägers, Multimedia, sämtlichen Formen der Online-Auswertung, auf Abruf, etc.) sowie auf den Webseiten von Bertelsmann und ihren Tochterunternehmen, im konzerninternen Intranet sowie unbeschränkt auf den Internetseiten Dritter, insbesondere von Social Networks wie z.B. Facebook und Twitter, auf YouTube oder Internetseiten von interessierten Pressevertretern zeitlich und örtlich uneingeschränkt zu vervielfältigen, zu veröffentlichen, zu verbreiten, zum Download bereit zu stellen und für ihre Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zu nutzen. Eine Verpflichtung zur Auswertung der Aufnahmen ist nicht gegeben. Ein Anspruch auf Vergütung besteht nicht.

I consent to photos being taken of me. Bertelsmann is entitled to edit/alter these photographs itself or have them edited/altered by third parties, and/or to store them in modified or unmodified form, individually or together with other photographs, in full or in excerpts in any photographic and print form (in particular in publications and newsletters), on data carriers such as DVDs and CDs, across all media – e.g. audiovisual media (in particular but not limited to film, theater, television using any and all technical transmission methods, video regardless of the technical design of the image/sound/data carrier, multimedia, all forms of online exploitation, on demand, etc.), as well as to reproduce, publish, and distribute them, make them available for download, and use them for press and public relations on the websites of Bertelsmann and its subsidiaries, on the Group intranet and without restriction in terms of time and place on the websites of third parties on the websites of Bertelsmann and its subsidiaries, and without restrictions on third-party internet pages, in particular social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, on YouTube, or the websites of interested press representatives, without restriction in terms of time and place. There is no obligation to exploit or use the recordings, nor is there any entitlement to remuneration.
